It’s not a matter of shorts holding down GRWG. Shorts will always be around, but it’s the debt accrued when the company buys up the existing stores, and lack of transparency on how much was spent, are the problems. We still don’t know how much was spent for the Oregon stores, nor do we know how much was spent for most other acquisitions.

The Form 4 dump EOD yesterday, including CEO Lampert cashing out ~$350K in shares while acquiring another $862K worth of shares (200K at $0 SP), doesn’t help either.
