I'm under the impression that the company was expecting some sort of institutional investor to come on to absorb some of the debt, whatever happened to it? I believe this was early last year around the time of the last RS.

Anyone else recall this?

It would be awesome if the company cancel the RS and find an investor to absorb some of the debt. And retire some of the stock shares. Hope is alive.
