Again, there is a broader discretion. Also there is a difference between “not disclosed/secret” and not publicly disclosed. I’ll stick with the courts on this one thank you . It seems it’s what they do and when one both reads and understands the documents it would seem they use the proper legal meanings for the words (at least IMHO).
