Every year the Chinese take an entire week off for a holiday and the world's economies don't collapse. And coincidentally their week off starts now! And ironically it is called the "Year of the rat!" Can't make this up:

So their holiday coincides with this "Outbreak" anyways. Every year we have a flu season.
