Well... maybe DCGD/GRNF isn't the "slam dunk" I thought it was. I only looked at it once but have not kept up with it. I suppose now there is suspicion the assets they put into the shell are actually fake?

That's certainly not a good example if true.

I am not looking to purchase a shell company that gets reversed into a massive scam even if they scam is exceptionally well devised...!

Just being honest. I have been hoping that every so often a Lazar shell will get purchased by a great company who will bring lots of assets. If that is an unrealistic hope then I simply need to get more grounded in reality.
