This should be a TRULY MEANINGFUL GOLDEN CROSS rising like a 'PHEONIX' from a nice level plateau. Considering it's coming from September 16, 2015 crossover means a lot of tenacity from the management to believe in their research and now trust from their investors.

I was surprised in the Institutional liquidation and no new positions taken the last quarter! I would have expected more volume today and interest with the crossover considering what they have in the pipeline.
