As far as git it isn’t rocket science but the best people to decide strategy are those who use it. I have been in technology forever but no longer as a developer. I would never tell engineers what works best and I’m actually technical with experience using git.

I see it as emblematic of the larger behavior problem. I choose to believe the common themes expressed by those who work with her.
