I feel your pain! Trust me, you aren't the only one left holding the bag on this stock feeling like you got caught with your pants down.

When you come to the realization that the business plan for this company has been to sell stock and pad the pockets of the 2 at the top and has never been about creating a product or revenue steam that would increase shareholder value you will start making the connections to what the PR's are really trying to tell you.

The reason they need to increase the authorized share number is because they have a huge wave of debt coming due and the current amount of shares at the current price will not cover it. They need to print more shares, which will immediately be dumped at whatever price they can get for them.

This exact scenario happened with Cyclone once Nelson and Meyer took control. They left just in time to start Q2P using the same formula and Cyclone has never been able to recover.

I'm not here to bash this stock or the people/investors involved, I'm here to warn others about what happened to me by these people. Chris Nelson will look you straight in the eye and lie if he believes he can make $1 doing so.
