What is the Statute? Where is the case Law LMAO There is none. Those questions are never answered.

I could provide a dozen court case involving contracts with nonexistent corporations. A quick search shows them. Yet nowhere is there any thing about it being illegal to issue shares nonexistent corporation.


That is made up and it is not fooling anyone that has had a Business Law class.
