Didn’t idlm run into some issues with the sec a few years back, and Marcus was supposed to begin filing something with them? Sorry, I can’t remember the details.

The reason why I ask is, would it be possible for us to file a complaint with the sec to get him moving again? I looked up the complaint form and it seems pretty straight forward. I don’t have a problem doing it as long as I knew what I was talking about.
