BSF can't do anything in Brazil. Service of an unissued Default Judgement has not occurred.

BSF has no reason to go to Brazil as they have no legal standing.

And, again we have another "fact" involving something that hasn't happened.


It is an undeniable fact that to withhold monies owed to Rontan by any US company will be done here in the United States and that will be a simple process via a restraining order.


Why not just wait for the Courts to do their jobs and see how this really turns out? GDSI may win a battle and still lose the war.
