My wish/desire/dream is that our technological prowess will lead to some innovation that will overcome our dependence on oil.

I think hydrogen, the most abundant element in the known universe, is the answer. It should be used to fuel our cars and electric grid.

How awesome would it be to thumb our noses at OPEC?
