That's possible...well down the road. Once a Default Judgement is Granted, it must be served, then recognized by a Court in Brazil. Then the Bro's can challenge it, and the Court will rule on that challenge, if it happens.

As for Rontan, since it's under Judicial Reorganization, that Court will likely have input.

I would think that high net worth individuals residing in emerging markets probably have highly diversified holdings, with significant assets on US soil due to its governmental/economic stability. I am assuming these can be seized, frozen, etc....just thinking out loud
