David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

This is why I believe he really (or we Lazar investors) could really use a “Home Run” merging company. Two big reasons:

1) those of us holding through the merger would be rewarded with more capital to invest in other Lazar plays.

2) if Lazar can prove he is connected with great companies it will drive more demand for his other shells.

Let’s be honest. Lazar has not sold a shell yet to a company that brought massive amounts of assets into the deal.

That’s screwing everything up. Especially with so many tickets going at once.

We need one to hit.
