IMO...the claim is a pretty jaundice view of "the world of business"!

The claim seems to be another unsupported excuse to somehow explain SPRV's total lack of "Investor Transparency"! Real companies post or file financial reports on a quarterly basis. SPRV has not posted or filed a quarterly financial report in more then 10 QUARTERS, which is far longer than "taking time to develop"!

In the world of business things take time to develop.

If SPRV weren't so stupid, it could have posted an Alternative Reporting financial report on OTC Markets, when CEO Lil Rod said he was going to post a current financial report by OCTOBER 23, 2018! Yep, that's sixteen months ago and has NO connection to "taking time to develop"!

It is pure BS on the part of the "SCRUM OF SCAMMERS", who have orchestrated this SPRV share selling scam!

BTW, an Alternative Reporting financial report, posted by OCTOBER 23, 2018, would have had NO IMPACT on the Company's stated of intention of filing an "AUDIT OF SOMETHING"! And, after 10 LONG MONTHS, we are still waiting!
