Eddie's critics have followed him long enough to know he dicks around with the number of AUTHORIZED SHARES purely to dupe others and enrich himself. Just like when he personally registered two $12 web domain names then bought them from himself for 250 million shares!!! His true genius is in his ability to fleece the ignorant and gullible

As I've said repeatedlyI fully expect EdTARD will reduce the A/S in Wyoming from 11b to 4.4b (a 60% drop).. or a nearly 50% rise above the 3b that OTC currently and wrongly reports. That's a cheap, easy, $50 tactic. How he proposes to cut the O/S is another matter. The SOS has NOTHING to do with that. Maybe he'll confiscate 40% of everyone's shares.. or pull a reverse split. My guess is he will play games with the following--

Edward Vakser -Common= 288,000,000 (23.10%)
Preferred A (Super Vote)1 (100%)

Anzhelika Tassan (Eddie's sister) -Common= 35,000,000 (2.81%)

James Scott Tassan (Her husband) -Common= 135,000,000 (10.82%)
N/A

NRG, Inc. (Eddie's company) -common= 27,000,000 (2.16%)

TOTAL= 39%

They also collectively own 94% of the Preferred B Shares (23.41% each)

My guess is Eddie will likely try to shift these into another bucket.. possibly repurchasing them as "Treasury Stock"

Shares that are outstanding include stock owned by the firm's shareholders and owners. Shares outstanding does not include treasury stock, which are stock shares that are repurchased by the company. It also does not include unissued share.

Treasury stock consists of shares issued but not outstanding. By buying back its stock, a firm reduces the number of shares outstanding, which in turn gives each shareholder a larger piece of earnings. Likewise, the lower number of shares can improve EPS and other ratios. However, treasury stock can be abused. Managers who repurchase shares solely to increase ratios are violating their fiduciary duty to the shareholders.

IMO Eddie can only play games with the O/S using shares that he and his family and cronies own.

MAKE NO MISTAKE.. EDDIE AND HIS FAMILY WILL GET PAID.. PAID FIRST.. PAID TOP DOLLAR.
