Given the exercise of options in December, I believe management had the votes to pass.

Managements shares were not enough since Mr. Adams abstained from voting.

[...] EKIMAS Corporation that resides in Turkey. The old ASNB stockholders will get is an unknown number of new EKIMAS shares at an UNKNOWN price traded on the OTCBB.

I already tried to find some information about EKIMAS myself, but was not successful. Unfortunately I know nothing about what will happen to the company after the renaming.

So what is the final payoff for old ASNB shares? I suggested in the past the total payoff could be has high a $1.25 given the level of existing tax credits and operating losses.

I would really like that, but I am not experienced in reverse mergers.
My guess for the shell with a clean/empty balance sheet would be a few cents.
