For the record, I have no doubt that he will change the A/S with the Wyoming SOS. That's cheap, easy and has nothing to do with any regulators. It's something he can do at will and at any time. >>IF<< he decides to disclose that to OTC and the T/A then you will see the O/S jump from the old, erroneous 3 billion currently reported on OTC to 4.4 billion --up nearly 50%.
However the Wyoming SOS has no ability whatsoever to affect the number of ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES.. NONE. There is no filing he can make with them to change that. A/S --regardless of what it is-- will have ZERO impact on the O/S.
