Just so this is very clear:
It didn't come from BioAmber and was not subject to the ranking provisions of the claims against it in the bankruptcy proceedings. Zero dollars were available after the secured creditors were given their partial recoveries of $5.2M, and zero dollars were paid by BioAmber towards that settlement.
I know the Twitter DD Fabrication team wants everyone to believe that all the claims ranked above were somehow secretly paid off, but they were not. The monitor said only $5.2M was available, they detailed who would get paid, the judges approved, and the checks were written.
BioAmber did not pay a penny towards that settlement, and it is irrelevant to BioAmber's financial condition (aka - dead, empty, liquidated, out of business, debt ridden shell company).
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
