Absolutely Yes! Often when the company is aware that one of it's large vendors plans on selling a substantial block of shares it is common for the company to put out some sort of PR to counter the selling. This allows the Vendor to get paid without crashing the share price.

$GMGI pays it's vendors in shares. If they really wanted to restore some value in the share price these vendors would have been paid in cash.

Read between the lines people... Do you really think Goodman woke up one day and decided to have a live conference in order to reduce share price. AFTER A QUIET PERIOD!!!
