I thought Andrew did a good job on his presentation.
But this is my take on it
1. He said they had Alpha software but didn’t tell us anything about it.
2. That he was hoping to see revenue in August. When he said hoping that is saying to me he is not sure when it will happen
3. For the enterprise software hoping 2021 for revenue.
4. The customers he talked about they were all there when MLDG was there except for Johnson’s Control and he skipped over that fast. You would think he would have talked about that more if it was a for sure thing.
5. The SDK he talked about I believe it was one of the first things that was developed for CipherLoc so it was there also before these guys took over.

Questions

1. If you have Alpha software why is there no solid timeline for the software release and revenue?
2.Why is he hoping for revenue to happen?
3. Is it because the Alpha software doesn’t work and needs to be rewritten?

Personally I don’t think CipherLoc is any better than it was 7 months ago when the new management took over.
I also think the the hatred for MLDG could be clouding people’s judgement of new management.
