Had a fake merger announcement with another one of Rhonda's that I own, AR*TR. Hard to know exactly what the motive is, but I'd say it's to drive the stock up and sell at a profit before it falls when everyone finds out it's fake. This is my guess why they do it. So the motive isn't to harm EVRM, but rather to get a quick pop and sell for big profits. If you believe EVRM is going higher for real in the long run, you can then buy back in when the stock drops. A lot of work to make it appear legit, but I suppose some people will do anything for money. I always wonder if they catch the person responsible for creating the false merger news. I never seem to find that out
