Who knows, CEO said in a news release they hired new lawyer and CPA firm but talk is cheap in pinkyland.

fact that they did state new CEO/President coming soon so maybe that's who is taking control of pubco?

Alls moot til they get current and then its about acquisitions and stock structure IMO.
