It depends. If you hold this and the SEC revokes the registration if they do not show up because they did not show up did not answer their mail and missed the court date... an easy out for them and not have to answer to no one there after.
Registrations Revoked, Shares no longer valid to trade since they are not register to trade.
You will hold worthless shares soon and if you can, get rid asap.
