Non Retail has no *shares* of PTOI
and since the clamp has come down via some .. *brokerages* .. snicker
it's getting even more interesting for colluding entities as they *scrounge*

one of the reasons i keep pointing out the 450 number
.. 1 of which (DTC) covers every shareholder who has bought on the open market
is the 449 who haven't ..

with P2O's ability to execute (process X buyers' feedstock successfully) .. it will get
very interesting for the decade old Non Retail entity embedded in illegally manipulating PTOI since 2009 ..

note it was CANT/GTSM's *effort* today (blocking on the ask) .. had the last *trade* not gone off @ EOD

I don't believe for a second that $40 would make a difference to buyer or seller..NOT to either sell or buy.... it's all fake!! MM's desperate for a play....sad!!
