To Chillin. There are stupid comments. Idiotic comments. And Shawshank Redemption obtuse comments. Your sophomoric comment about how many shares Stuart Tomc has bought was all 3. SpaceLady and CashMoneyCarl already responded smartly, but let me add my own comments.

I've met Stuart Tomc. I've seen him at conferences. No one at CVSI has put more blood sweat and tears into the company. No one has more passion than he does. How dare you ask this question. His investment in this company is far greater than buying shares on the open market. He has traveled hundreds of thousands of miles, to multiple hundred stores, to 100s of conferences, where he spends 10-12 hours per day on his feet, educating and prosyletizing about CVSI. No one is more committed to CVSI than Stuart. What an inane insult to someone who has led the team that has successfully marketed products that are technically illegal (FDA has said that companies cannot sell CBD as a dietary supplement).

Hey why don't you go to the next shareholder meeting and go up to Stuart and introduce yourself. Look him in the eye. Ask him a question about CBD and you'll get an energetic, informed, passionate answer. Judge if you think he's "all in on CVSI." He is. Introduce yourself to me, if you dare. I'd like to look you in the eye too and assess if my current opinion of you is accurate (I'll keep an open mind).

And another thing. Tomc is not rich. He's not an officer. He makes a good salary I'm sure, but nothing like Mona III made. His sweat equity is priceless.

And while we're on Tomc as a target, let me comment on your calls to oust Dowling. Dowling and Tomc were hired on the same day and have been the 2 key drivers of company success. Their continued employ is essential to ongoing growth and uplisting. That's why I voted to give them a compensation plan that included a lot of stock options. That's how you incentivize key employees.

I know Dowling too. And Duffy. I trust these people. They are smart, driven, committed, strategic and passionate. That's my assessment of their smarts and integrity. Any other IHub members, come to the Shareholder meeting and meet Chillin and myself. Look us both in the eye and decide for yourself who is believable. The smart money is on me.

In Dowling, Tomc and Duffy (and the rest of the team) I trust. I have reasons for that - I know them.

Stop your personal attacks on Tomc, a guy who is as committed to this company and its' success as anyone. I wish him the best of luck, and when he succeeds, investors succeed.

So maybe I'll see you at the shareholder meeting. I doubt it. Would take some actual guts, not the anonymous snipes that are so easy on the internet.

All the best.
