So you've never seen a company put out data from a trial and then sell shares almost immediately? I mean it happens nearly every day. It happened here just over a year ago. What do you think would have happened to anavex share price if they sold nearly their entire market cap in shares in one day using their available funding instruments or their 250 million shelf? Do you think it closes even for the day? Do you not think every time there is a PR they don't sell shares? I mean they dilute millions of shares per quarter. That's how pre-revenue companies operate. Many differences (some I do not like) but one being this company has institutional investors who continue to fund the company. We all complain about the warrants but unless they hit, they never get called in. These same investors have put over 60 million in here. The drug eventually hits or it doesn't. So far its like a lot of the rest of AD companies in as much as it does help a subset of patients. Only difference is the "help" here is actually reversing the test scores. From what I've seen, other companies think that NEVER happens, only here its happened in every trial. Whether that actually translates to something the FDA will accept, I do not know.
