USE AGM = RISK IDENTITY THEFT!!

Does anyone really expect American Green to be a trust worthy keeper of you inportant bio-metric data? Once this info is out there it can't be taken back. AG freely admits they will share that data with any of their third party partners. Just look at their list of failed partnerships over the years. Could you imagine if all of those companies had a copy of your bio-metric data? Good luck keeping your credit score up after that happens. One use of the AGM could ruin your credit for life. And AG seems oblivious to this problem.

How AG Discloses Your Information

5 In the event that AG is or may be acquired by or merged with another company or involved in any other business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, we may transfer or assign your information as part of or in connection with the transaction. Finally, in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, information may be transferred as a business asset.


So ERBB admits they will share your bio-metric data with anyone who performs service on their behalf. And if they become insolvent (what are the chances of that happening) they can transfer your bio-metric data as a business asset.

This means that ERBB will own your bio-metric data and can do whatever they want with it.
