To answer what's PNNX value with 1.3 Million customers...

Actually, I'm not exactly sure what would be the value of PNNX if they had 1,300,000 customers.

However, a similar company in Argentina (called Ualá) that we here within the forum have been comparing to PNNX has 1.3 Million customers and was given a value of somewhere between $850,000,000 to over $1,000,000,000. What's key to note was that this huge billion dollar valuation was given to them by Tencent and SoftBank’s Latin America-focused Innovation Fund:
