Yes i did get your private message, however everything you asked me should be in the public eye. The place that the company monitors. As far as Telefix tech, they are a subsidiary of Telefix communications. As least that is what the company filing says. Why they havent updated shareholders in 4 years not sure and that is a failure on their part. If they go private they have to either pay out current shareholders or offer restricted shares. They cant just walk away, unless they get halted and delisted. But then they open themselves up for a class action suit(if a law firm is willing to take it).
Either way i think we as shareholders are fucked,but in the off chance they do the right thing Im holding what i have.
