BioAmber did not pay a plug nickel towards that lawsuit. That is a fact. Read any of those documents from that case? I did... Even the shareholder's lawyer said that BioAmber went bankrupt, out of business, and had no cash whatsoever...

Can't seem to find the filing for Eno buying 500k shares "just a bit before filing for BK..." Link me to it.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
