LOL!!
That's what the court documents say happened, like it or not. Bankruptcies are not pretty, people get screwed. Creditors do have the option to toss more money into the pit in the hopes the company can turn a corner, in this case they chose not to. Oh well.

Tell me why you believe the 2 federal judges and monitor lied to everybody about what happened?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
