In regards to this particular stock, I'm starting to suspect most of these OTC defense stocks are just pump and dumps schemes meant to enrich corrupt members of the military industrial complex, but that is just speculation and I have no proof. $PRED is a weird one though. I dug deep into that last year, and chased down these websites created by a guy named "corey nelson, Chief Scientist". They were all in lorem ipsum, but one of them had some.........very unusual pictures in what seemed to be East Indian villages...the looks on the girls faces seemed to be filled with fear, hatred, and deep deep sadness. I've never seen looks on peoples faces like that in a picture...never...I looked for the website again a few months later, but it was gone..
