Means the worthless group that took this over and can't afford to pay their OTC fees and get a stop sign slapped on is also unable to pay m M fee what they were owed. So they are taking it back over. What then they will do remains to be seen. Sure there's a plan and whenever it comes into play should see a rise. How much? Who knows. Don't even know the play yet.

Or at least that's how it appears to me.
