None that I'm aware of, there's actually multiple protections against it imo. But what do I know, I've owned shares for a long, long time & believed in this company at 0002/0003 when no one cared about it lol. But the suspension talk is bunk imho, & will stay that way. As to what happens from here, no idea we will have to see. But I'm glad I still have shares. Glta
