I think that if there is going to be any big RV. It will happen when they release the budget.

I also would say that as soon or soon after there is a RV it will be listed on the Forex.

When and if it will happen no one knows.

It isn't something that you can announce two weeks ahead of time.

They have gold and US dollars and oil to back their currency.
