The "substantial doubt" language has been in use since at least as far back as 2015. It would have been included when you opted to invest I'm guessing.

Junior miners incurring losses is accurate of course, but his language made it sound like this situation is unique to Niocorp. He should have made it clear that this is standard for junior miners that have not broken ground yet.
