I've crazy glued the short button on my keyboard so as to disable it and the only reason I've done that is because it's a tool I no longer use. I would never presume to give anyone investment advice, but I think that when the smoke clears this move isn't going to hold up. There's always the chance that it isn't over, but there's no reason to think that this Company can fix whatever is wrong in China and a list of examples to support that they can't.
Coincidentally they have an S-1, recently declared effective, and it may be worth noting that while a number of companies moved on the virus issue today, NNVC was notably more volatile than the others and the S-1 may have had something to do with that:

I can't read a chart but the volume today wasn't just strong but it had a lot of red in it that I don't know how to explain.
