I am still positive on this investment but I can't help but question some red flags and just curious what everyone thinks.

Outstanding is increasing pretty significantly over the last month compared to all of last year.

They have issued around 5 million shares outside of the 10 million they issued to Eagle. Where did these 5 million shares go? Whoever they went to is just dumping immediately as shown by the volume with no movement. Good news is we have investors soaking up the shares. Overall this is not a good sign and was one of the things that kept me positive. If they are going to start issuing 2-3 million shares a week that's definitely worrisome.

The complete utter lack of communication with shareholders. I understand quiet periods where your head is down and you are pulling off your business plan. But when your partner on a product is going full board on marketing on a product that uses your technology. YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE SOMETHING!! It all just doesn't make any sense. The management team could have really helped with the bleeding on the stock price if they just communicated some positives around the business plan. I really don't understand the thinking around this at all. I don't buy that they can't say anything based on an NDA...that's BS because Symtomax has already let the cat out of the bag. I don't think they are getting bought out and I really don't want them to get bought out....what benefit would that be for us if the company was bought out for .10 cents. It would suck and most here would lose money. The company REALLY needs to communicate some kind of shareholder update. It's WAY overdue at this point and makes you question management a bit....and I haven't until now.
