Vancouver, B.C. – (January 16, 2020) THC BioMed Intl Ltd. (CSE: THC), ("THC" or the "Company")
announces it will shorten the offering period for and accelerate the closing of its current private placement,
which is being offered existing shareholders.
Due to changes in the market, the Company has determined that it will be in the best interests of the
Company and its current shareholders to close this private placement within a shorter period of time. The
Company will now close this offering on January 24, 2020. Completed subscription agreements and funds
must be delivered to the Company by January 23, 2020 in order to participate. If no shareholders participate,
the Company may choose not to make any further announcements regarding this offering.
