The form 15 is a good thing. It eliminates the requirement to file financials with the SEC and also provides certain protections. While it doesn’t make it 100% immune from being SEC Suspended, it does reduce the chances of being suspended by 99%. Obviously, if the SEC suspects fraud, they will suspend it regardless of a FM15 on file.

Every ticker Lazar is involved with has a FM15 on file. If it isn’t already in file at time of custodianship awarded, he files one very soon after award. There were a few he did immediately after award of custodian, because the SEC was on a Suspension rampage, including extremely old FM15 filers whom had never filed any financials with OTCMkts since they filed a FM15, 15-20 years prior. Otherwise, he usually filed the FM15, after he does the SoS filings. Next, he will update company officer and contact info on OTCMkts profile page. He has 8 tickers currently ready for this step. The order he updates these is a mystery to us, you just have to watch for the updates. The Market may react to this update on some and not on others. Just the way it works. Then we will start seeing filings hit OTCMkts. Again, order unknown and Market reaction unknown. It’s the gamble we take.

I have a link to my spreadsheet down in my signature block. It contains the initial dates of each event. You can use this spreadsheet by bumping up the dates of events of each ticker and compare it to a chart to see how the Market reacted to each ticker Lazar has/is working with. It’s only a gauge to attempt to predict movement of newer tickers proceeding up through the steps of his custodianship plays. It’s not an “Alert” to changes.

Check out my Lazar Plays spreadsheet for timeline of events past to have an educated prediction of future events:
