not that this is a cure for our ailments, but seems to work for me....when in my life stuff goes wrong or aches and pains set in rather that focus on why me---I try to focus on why not me, I am a lot stronger than most of the folks I know, now when that does not help I just ask God---"OK !! You put this on my plate, what am I to do with it?" So it boils down to the beginning of your post.....learn to lean on God not the spider webs. Thanks Steve
