There has to be a plan here. I am excited. For one thing why do all this work and not have something set up? No one needs lessons in futility. I think this could be strategic win for everyone. The company gets access to the US capital markets and exposure, the investors get to ride the wave. These stocks are littered with opportunity and in this case we have a proven operator. I am excited about the company coming into the shell. I hope it is a solid one with a track record... Thoughts???
