I see they use the ico rights cancellation as a reason ,a lot of these happened in BK so interest + ceplene date is up in the air. BK mostly will start before they filed . The inflated interest is over the top. The LTD thing is puzzling but discovery should have done their home work to on some of these (they knew).Did Immune go in to bk to not give out 88000000000 shares no doubt. Discovery knew they didn't have enough shares(gave them the 2 loan anyways) and pushed the price down further by saying they were in default. and 5 years of 34% interest on everything compounded on every nickel +14+ mil. I like the math -Talk about loan sharks)Immune is dishonest- Discovery is a saint of honesty in the loan shark Biz.
