I try to keep it updated as events happen if I can. but always update it nightly. I highlight the ticker symbol and the event date green to indicate a change for that day (and keep it highlighted until there are any new changes to any ticker on another day; that way you'll know there were new changes from last time you looked at it), with exception of TA verified SS updates that have no changes to the SS; for those, I only update the the newest TA verified date and highlight the date green. If there are changes to the SS, then I will also highlight the ticker symbol as well.

Remember, my spreadsheet is only a guide to guestimate a timeline of coming events based on history of events of prior tickers. It isn't intended to be an announcement of events as they occur!

We currently have 8 Lazar tickers awaiting OTCMkts Profile page updates (Lazar name and contact info). 3 of those are waiting on a FM 15 to be filed. I watch for one's that seem to have more trading (interest by shareholders) to determine which ones to get in on. Take a small position in the less traded and larger in the more traded. Bid sit to get a good price early after each step. Work to sell off principle and a small gain if possible on each pop to end up with freebies by the time filings are posted to ride until the RM takes place. Look at Q*TR and the others to determine if it is desired to take a position and size of position in them. Just my opinion/strategy.
