You can not get warrants for 20,000% less than what the equity is trading at in the market. In this case warrants were issued at $0.0001 for 79.9% of the Company at a time when the equity was trading in the twenty cent range. Think of other equities such as Apple which is trading at $300+. Would it be possible to get warrants on Apple shares for 20,000% less than the $300 share price it has today? The answer is NO.

If it were that easy, executives form Google, Apple, Microsoft, Netflix etc would be loading their pockets with hundreds of million of warrants at 20,000% off market price of thier respective companies.

Hopefully this satisfies everyone with just one of the illegalities with respect to the warrants the government took.
