Air Permit
The NE DEQ site said an air permit typically takes ABOUT 4-6 months. Nio submitted all the info and fees in late July. Late January is 6 months. My understanding is same as Nebraskan’s. IF things go smooth w/o any delays the actual permit gets issued 30 days after the draft is posted. If we do see a draft this month AND there are no delays the permit will end up taking 7 months. Although they made no guarantees, the department did tell Scott they thought they would have the draft ready in late January. The more recent postings between Nio and the state seem like rather trivial details ( we need the ID number for a piece of equipment,,,) All and all seems like lots of reasons to anticipate a draft in the next two weeks.
