You really have little understanding of how being a director works, do you?
Directors get elected by the shareholders each year. Personally speaking he has always had my vote.
1. He is the founder of the company.
2. He has a vast understanding of VT, biotechnology & pharma markets.
3. He put in the initial seed money & has arranged the financing of at least 95% of the total monies raised.
4. When the IPO was in jeopardy in 2005 due to Dan Montano's horrendous reputation he managed to arrange all the monies to proceed with the IPO helped by the very capable, Mike Flaa.
5. He has a comprehensive, 40-year+ track record in financial markets.
6. He, together with Calvin Wallen & Mike Flaa, managed to oust Dan Montano & his cronies to save the company from almost certain bankruptcy. Shareholders voted 95% in favor Grant & the new team.
Have I missed anything!
