Wrong. The facts are the facts, whether they be positive or negative. And being truthful in presenting whatever the facts are is what the board should be about. There are plenty of pump boards where only positivity is allowed.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
