If your defense of the company against shareholder outrage is solely based on the fact that the shareholders aren’t licensed patent officials than this company is doomed. You live in a fantasy world if you believe that a company will buy out CVBT with its constant battles in court, CEO in federal court, disgruntled investors, constant failure in clinical trial timeliness and persistent patent rejections.
